About Leah Dilbeck
Success in life, as well as in business, means being proud of the way you have achieved your goals. I attribute the achievement of my great success to my belief and dedication to honesty, integrity, and ethics. I grew up working at my family's Graphics & Printing business. It is there that I learned my skills of customer service, producing quality over quantity, and the power in having dedication to goals. I further developed my passion for hard work and achievement in earning my Bachelor of Arts degree at Cal State, Northridge. My qualities of patience and understanding come from working in the Los Angeles Unified School District at the 3rd and 5th grade levels. Working with children, parents and administration made me an expert at handling high stress situations with grace and composure. My experience working as Treasurer for one of the largest Independent Motion Picture Production Companies has given me a refined understanding of business and finance. It was there that I encountered a great mentor that taught me the skills required to integrate new and changing business philosophies with my own, to insure continued growth and success.
